Thank you for joining the Shark Robot Continuous Improvement 2025 program! This ongoing test provides a place for you to submit issues anytime and helps us share the latest app builds for evaluation. We’re excited to share that your participation also makes you eligible for monthly prizes as a token of our appreciation for your contributions. Your participation is key as we refine and optimize the Shark Clean app and robot vacuum experience, ensuring we address issues and deliver meaningful improvements.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Use your Shark robot vacuum regularly.
• Download and test new app builds as they become available.
• Report any issues or bugs to help us continuously improve.

Project Details:

• Testing Period: Ongoing. Test ends on January 2nd, 2026.
• Objective: Ensure the Shark Clean app and robot vacuums provide a seamless, reliable, and efficient experience.
• Your Role: Use your Shark robot and app as usual, report bugs, and share feedback to help us enhance the product for all users.

Prizes:

• Each month, we will distribute 5 individual prizes worth $50 each to participants, totaling $250 monthly. These prizes will be Amazon e-gift cards.
• Here’s how prizes will be awarded:
  • 2x to testers with the most robot usage.
  • 2x to testers who submit the most issues with logs.
  • 1x to the tester who submits the most impactful or helpful issue.

Taking a Break or Leaving the Program: If you need to step away from the program or take a timeout at any point, that's absolutely okay. Additionally, if you would like to formally remove yourself from the program, you can request removal at any time. This test does not have definitive activities, so participation is flexible and designed to fit your schedule. We will not use daily automated reminders but will send a weekly reminder to keep the test in mind.
